Lauren Cromer, MS, RDN, LDN, CLC and TAND President
Lauren serves as the President of the Tennessee Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics for 2022-2023. Lauren has worked in a variety of areas within the nutrition field including long-term care, education, and clinical. However, her passion and career focus is working with families on developing healthy behaviors at home and early in life. In addition to being an RDN, Lauren is also a Certified Lactation Counselor.
John Boesch, MS, RD, CSSD, CSCS
John earned his Bachelors of Science in Nutrition from the University of Tennessee and then completed his Master’s degree in Sports Nutrition at the University of Colorado. Following his education programs, he completed his dietetic internship at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Chicago, IL.
As a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and a Certified Specialist in Strength and Conditioning, John has a unique understanding of both nutrition and fitness training that he uses to counsel his clients to fuel their lifestyle and goals.
He has worked with elite athletes in various settings – including as the sports dietitian for Texas Tech University collegiate teams. Additionally, he has worked with elite military units, triathletes and weekend warriors alike.
