There is something unspoken in our community, providers working with eating disorders are often themselves actively struggling with the same issues. Stigma, shame, and fear of repercussions means these folks struggle alone and in silence.  This talk will examine why that is, the shame that clinicians experience and how we can start to support them in their own healing.
