Position is a food service and clinical nutrition leadership position, responsible for inpatient and outpatient clinical nutrition services, patient meal planning, patient menu selection, tray assembly and distribution. This position is also responsible for regulatory compliance and quality control, and also assumes duties of the Department Director in his/her absence.

Formal Education/Training:

Minimum of BS …MS desirable

Workplace Experience:

• 3 – 5 years hospital experience as practicing RD.
• 3 – 5 years experience in leadership position with progressive growth in management of personnel, systems and resources.
• Experience in community services desirable.
• CDR credentialed and State License.

Equipment and Skills Training:

• Leadership, management, communication (oral and verbal); and computational. Basic to advanced computer.
